Candidate for Secretary

Carrie Mulvihill

Prof. Carrie Mulvihill is the current IWLA Secretary and is running for re-election. She is an Associate Professor of Spanish at the Urban Campus of Des Moines Area Community College. She began with IWLA as a graduate student at the University of Northern Iowa and has now been active with IWLA for the last several years.

Besides serving as secretary, Carrie has been actively involved in advocacy under the leadership of Tammy Dann, has co-presented at the IWLA conference several times, and is helping to plan a technology workshop around this year’s conference.
