    Description: Only an experienced Italian Language instructor with a state certification should apply. A New Jersey State certified highly qualified content teacher is preferred. Emphasis is on content delivery, not technology; we will train you to use our online platform. However, a desire to utilize new avenues of learning will be an aid, with a view to instruction in the content area and promoting digital literacy to your students. You will need a computer with audio and video (usually built in on today's computers)and internet access. You may work from home at your convenience.

    We do have an immediate need for a part time Italian Language I instructor to teach 5 hours per week (one hour per day). This can be done in the privacy of your home, on your computer during the hours of assignment.

    Due to professional advancement, Newell-Fonda Community High School has an opening for High School Spanish for second semester.  This position will begin January 5, 2015 and run through approximately May 26, 2015.  This position may lead to a full - time contract the following year.     Kennedy High School in Cedar Rapids will need 2 maternity substitutes for Spanish classes. 

    Position 1(full time (Spanish I and AP) or part time (just Spanish I), to be negotiated):  October 3rd through December 23rd 

    Position 2 (full time: 3 classes of Spanish IV and two classes of English as a Second Language):  October 27th (or earlier if the baby decides it wants to make an early appearance) through December 23rd 

    There are no classes the week of Thanksgiving.
