Base fee:

Early Bird Conference Presenter Saturday Registration – $75.00
For those presenting a session at the Saturday conference.

The initial fee only covers the conference; you may still register for Friday workshops, too.

In "Other Registration Options", you will have the opportunity to select your AM and/or PM workshops - this is where it will add the cost to your invoice.

2025 Conference Registration

IWLA is only accepting online registration and payment for our conference. Register and pay using a personal or school credit card. The payment will be completed through Personify.

Friday workshops are $40 each for the half day session either morning or afternoon and includes continental breakfast and the evening Welcome Reception. (lunch on your own)

Saturday registration will include: lunch, keynote, awards ceremony, and all activities offered on Saturday, October 4th. Social events include our morning snacks, the keynote speech, our grants and awards ceremony, the AATs, and our closing ceremony (that includes the Best of Iowa announcements) and our door prize drawing.

Registration Fees & Deadlines:

* Friday Workshops - (1/2 day). $40 each, $80 for both morning and afternoon workshops.You must choose workshops when you register. Click on morning, afternoon or both and Saturday if you are attending both days.

* Early Bird Saturday Registration: $90 (now through September 19).

* Regular Saturday Registration: $100 (Sept 20 - Sept 27)

* Late Saturday Registration: $110 (Sept 27 -Day of the conference)

IWLA is happy to offer discounts for this year's Saturday conference for the following attendees:

Presenters:

Early Bird is $75 (through 9/19); Regular is $85 (through 9/27) Late is $95

Students (full-time undergraduate students) / Preservice Teachers / Retirees / BIPOC Educators:

Early Bird - $45 through Sept 19

Regular Registration - $50 (Sept 20 - Sept 27)

Late Registration - $55 (Sept 27 - day of conference)

Please note, the honor system should be used.

This will begin the registration process where you must input your own information and select payment options. Have your personal or school credit card handy.

You will be billed immediately and will also receive a follow-up email that contains your receipt (which can be given to or used by your school administration as verification of registration and payment).

*Please note that registrations started but not paid for within a week may be canceled.
